The First Dimension

Leader's Biology

Every leadership program assumes the nervous system is functioning properly and stable. Under sustained executive pressure, most of the time it is not. A dysregulated nervous system reduces access to the prefrontal cortex, the biological seat of conscious processing.

You cannot develop consciousness in a depleted system. This is why program results disappear within weeks. The hardware was never restored.

The Second Dimension

Leader's Psyche

The psyche is the sum of our beliefs, thoughts, emotions and choices. The unexamined psyche does not stabilize because a leader attended a workshop. It keeps the old way and continues running the leader's decisions, reactions, and relationships toxically and expensively.

We use deep personality work and cognitive reconstruction to clear the psyche from limiting programming for consciousness to expand.
